» ComX Computers is a registered closed corporation and started trading in 2002. We are also registered as an importer and exporter.

» ComX Computers only buys from the official suppliers in South Africa. Even though we are a registered importer, we do not import products. We do not sell grey products.

» Computer hardware and software are ordered on request. All products are ordered from the official suppliers. We keep no stock at our premises and in most cases, orders are shipped directly from the suppliers.

» All Mecer computers and Mecer notebooks are built to specification and a 3 day build and test time is required.

» Pre-built laptops cannot be changed. You cannot change Operating systems, CPUs or drives.

» PC (Personal computers) and laptops, and all computer components are covered by the official supplier warranty. The warranty is a "carry-in" and products need to be returned to us in Pretoria (Tshwane) in South Africa. Certain brands have collect and return warranties. Please enquire about getting on-site cover if you are not in Gauteng (Pretoria, Midrand or Johannesburg) as this is the best option. Mecer computers, laptops and Mecer branded hardware can be taken to any Mecer branch in South Africa. Irrespective of the type of warranty, all products are covered by the original supplier only.
