No windows CDs? Laptops and PCs no longer include a Windows CD. You may need to create a recovery disk. Instructions are included with your laptop.

No Office CDs? Office 2007 DSP no longer includes CDs. You will need to download or order a backup disk from Microsoft at http://microsoft.com/office/backup/
We unfortunately cannot provide this service. This is a Microsoft license restriction.

Where do I find your telephone number?

We are an online business. We were one of the first ecommerce companies in South Africa, and our company has used this successful business model since 2002.

As an Internet company, we use online technologies such as email and online order forms.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices include VAT

How long does delivery take / may I collect?

All products are normally shipped directly from the suppliers in Gauteng.

We do not keep stock at our premises. Delivery times to main city centres may take anywhere from next day (Gauteng city centres) to 5 work days (Cape Town, PE, East London). This is only a guideline, and some products may take longer - delivery delays may occur due to supplier or courier delays.

You may also pay (prior to collection) and collect your order from our premises. Our suppliers usually deliver to us the next business day, and it will be ready for collection by the afternoon on the following day. You may then collect from our premises in Pretoria.

Delivery charges depends on how large the parcel is, how heavy it is, and where you are situated. Products are shipped from Pretoria. Products that weigh less than 1Kg will be shipped "counter to counter" using Speed Services. You will need to collect these products at your closest post office.

What are your business hours?

We are open 8:30 am to 5:30 pm weekdays.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
We are also closed during the last week of the year.

I am uncomfortable buying online.

We are an established business and have been in business since 2002. We are a top sales agent of all major brands available in South Africa, and we only use the official suppliers. Your products enjoy the support from the original suppliers.

I am a distributor and would like to list on your site, how much do you charge?
We are aware of this amusing practice by our competitors. They charge suppliers to have products listed on their website, it would seem as if these competitors live on a different planet.

We believe in working closely with our suppliers and we do not charge to list your products.

We will gladly add your products to our site - free of charge (that's right!)

1) you must operate from within South Africa
2) your company must be the official supplier of the brand. We do not sell grey imports.

Send us your pricelist and the product information, and will gladly update our site - free of charge!
